In summer the landscape is ablaze with wildflowers & surrounded by deep natural views making it an iconic escape. A striking structure on Kipseli area, this luxury self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Ionian summerhouse. With an outdoor heated 40sqm pool, this is a spectacular 200m2 villa, that can host up to 8 guests to unwind. This luxury self-catering home offers a sublime escapism throughout the seasons.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 heated swimming pool (can be heated with extra fee and prior notice), lounge area and outdoor playground to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. An outdoor playground, designed with children entertainment in mind is available for our younger guests. A table tennis awaits you, for long friendly games during your stay.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. Lounge at the iconic living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms (all on the ground floor), two with en-suite bathrooms & one shared bathroom allowing plenty of space & comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and two more guests can sleep in a double sofa bed at the living room.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 40€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
