Part of an exclusive villa complex, consisting of four carefully positioned residences designed to ensure privacy, La Soleil Villa occupies the 4th position within the estate, offering views across the wider Psarou landscape. In addition to the three bedrooms within the main residence, the villa also features a newly added independent lower-level guest room, accessed via a staircase from the side of the villa. This separate living space offers additional comfort and privacy for guests seeking a more secluded accommodation option. Only a few minutes walking distance from the villa, guests will find Psarou Port, where boats can be rented to explore Zakynthos’ hidden coves and turquoise waters. A rocky beach directly in front of the villa complex offers the opportunity for refreshing morning swims just steps from your accommodation.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living: Spanning 140m² across three floors, La Soleil Villa presents a harmonious blend of contemporary design and relaxed comfort. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in the main villa, with two additional guests in the lower level independent guest room.

Lower Level : Independent Guest Room
• Bedroom 4 : An additional lower-level bedroom and lounge area with separate side entrance. It features a King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), Lounge area with two sofas and 45’Smart TV, En-Suite bathroom with walk in shower & sink, Kitchenette ( Mini fridge, microwave, sink and kitchen essentials), and accommodates 2 additional guests. Kindly note that this guest room has a small window as it is located in the lower level.
