A traditional style, three bedroom apartment situated in a residential area. Featuring a small rear veranda and a backyard with fruit trees and flowers. Located between the airport and Zante town, allowing easy access to explore the island. The apartment has a private parking space and also plenty of on street parking. The property features Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two floor building, with steps up to the entrance. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, one with a king size bed (with a new mattress) and a cot, one with a small double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom features a walk in shower and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, full size electric cooker, fridge freezer, kettle and microwave. The living room features air conditioning, a large sofa and a large television. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms open onto the veranda. Smoking is not allowed in the property, there is though, plenty of outside area (verandas and backyard) where it is allowed.
