At the estate you may find 150 olive trees, pines and oaks, grapevine, pomegranate trees, as well as fig, orange, mandarin and lemon trees, make the estate a green & rejuvenating environment. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 40m2 private swimming pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge and coffee areas. In the afternoon gather your family and friends at the unique outdoor dining and BBQ area (charcoal) where you can enjoy culinary gatherings, try delicious local foods and drinks and spend endless warm evenings admiring the breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea. For your convenience there is also a private spacious parking at the property for up to 4 cars.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts two living room & kitchens, four bedrooms & four bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, as well as two extra guests can be accommodated at the two available sofa beds of the living rooms on the first floor and ground floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.
