From the impeccable sea view to the private pool with hydromassage features, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. This captivating home is embellished with a private heated (with extra fee) infinity pool 30m2 (1.50 depth), featuring design led sun beds, a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in 300m2 private outdoor area with captivating grounds and with direct sea views. Private parking is also available at the villa premises for up to two cars.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Entering the ground floor you will find a design led living-cum lounge, with an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area and a WC. There’s an atmospheric design which invites adventures into other worlds, a smart 55’ TV (Netflix available) for movie nights, and three luxurious bedrooms with en suite bedrooms for dream-filled holiday break that lay on the 1st floor. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch the shimmering pool & extensive sea-views before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke open plan, living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful and luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the 1st floor with a modern design and walk in shower. All bedrooms feature sea views and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms feature premium mattress and linen with King Size Beds 1.80x2.00, and can be split into two single beds upon request. The exclusive villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds in its three available bedrooms.
