Set in a prime location Planos and Tsilivi, this is the perfect holiday home for large gatherings of friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the iconic home combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its four available bedrooms. Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers impeccable design, featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are captivating, featuring a 50m2 Private Heated Pool (can be heated with additional fee) with hydromassage features, a bespoke Play Tent & and Iconic Dining area, with BBQ ( Charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for unique gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Beach Access
This captivating residence lays in 2acres outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with additional fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. There’s something quite special about this anatolian influenced outdoor settings, rising blooms, private settings, multiple lounge areas, combined with olive trees & the pool glimmering at the center of it all. Sandwiched with beautiful topiary gardens, this charming villa on the edge of Planos is a rural idyll. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. All bedrooms & Living area have access to the pool area. As a bonus, for our younger guests, our homeowner has designed the “only in villa Play-Tent” for endless play & sleep time. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & outdoor living, the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating Residence boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. For those who wish to travel together with loved ones, but also have moments of privacy & seclusion, this home is the perfect choice. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts 4 bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the mythical villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch ( in the living room). The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests.

Living Room featuring iconic design & 65’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • A couch located at the Living Room can welcome two more guests • Two Premium Bedrooms feature King Size bed (1.80x2.00) & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower & direct access to the pool area (the two bedrooms features a private outdoor bathtub) • One more bedroom features also double bed (king size) with en-suite bathroom • The fourth bedroom is Twin, featuring two single beds (0.90x.200) with en-suite bathroom & direct access to the pool • Entire villa lays on the same ground floor and have direct access to the pool • An extra WC is located at the living room, featuring a washing machine is available to use for all guests.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 3 days • Pool and garden cleaning every two days • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • Convenient Electric Vehicle (EV) charger, allowing guests to recharge their vehicles easily during their stay • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.

Tsilivi has a wide selection of restaurants & bars to choose from, and mini markets shops are also just a few minutes walk from you residence. A wide variety of beach bars & water sports are available to enjoy in Tsilivi Beach also. For our Younger Guests Tsilivi Water Park is a must experience as it is only 2 minutes drive from your bespoke villa.
