Apartments Villa Odesa are situated in a peaceful family neighbourhood only 2 km away from the very centre of Zadar and its historic old town. There are three units at the property: pool, pool area, garden area , summer kitchen and uotdoor area are shared.
On the property of 700 m2, next to the apartment house, there is a spacious yard with shared pool and sundeck, separate garden kitchen with BBQ facilities, separate BBQ facilities (smoker type), with separate fridge, outdoor furniture and deck chairs.
Please note***Hosts are living on the ground floor and they are at the guests disposal.
Parking is free and available on site. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in.
Property is equipped with one electric car charger- it is available uppon request The price of one charging cycle is 25 euros (Payment on site, to the host , on site)
Possibility of rent-a-bike: 6 bicycles avilable , on site, upon availability. Price 10 euros/bike/per day. Rent of bikes is charged on site, by host, in cash.
