Bedrooms: The upstairs primary suite features panoramic windows, a private balcony, exercise loft with work station, dual rain shower, and walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms downstairs share a full bath with a large soaking tub.



Entertainment: The garage doubles as a game lounge with pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man arcade, air hockey, a 72” Smart TV, and a V-BOX 48 Amp EV charger.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the home and 2.5-acre property. Only one small storage closet under the stairwell is locked for our staff's use

Getting Around:

While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

Pool Heat:

May and Sept: $150 per night

October and April: $200 per night

November, December, March: $300 per night

January and February: $300 per night

– Hot Tub: Always free to heat (4 PM–12 AM use recommended).

– Pets: Dogs welcome with approval ($100 cleaning fee · max 2).

– Events/Photoshoots: Not permitted without prior approval & permits.

– Security: Exterior cameras at driveway only.

– Capacity: 6 guests max. Unapproved guests incur fees.

– Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM per county ordinance.

– Wildlife: Coyotes, roadrunners & lizards frequent the area — please keep doors closed.

– Check-In/Out: After 4 PM / by 11 AM (shown upon booking).

– Hosted by Homestead Modern — local team - available 24/7.
