You will have full access to the home in order to enjoy the full desert experience. Please treat it as your own. Pool, hot tub, and hammocks and swings should be used with caution at all times.

SECURITY: A Ring camera is located at the front of the house and garage front for your security and to ensure only registered guests (and pet) are on the premises.

COWBOY POOL: Available from May-October only. Please note that this property only has 1 cowboy pool as stated int the listing description.

HOT TUB: Available year-round. Please close the cover when not in use. Spa temperature of 90 MUST be set back after usage to avoid an additional charge.

SAUNA: Please close glass door after each use and lock it. Wind damage might occur if not locked.

HAMMOCK: Weight limit is 325 lb.

FIREPLACE: This is decorative only. We ask that you do not use it.

PROPANE FIREPIT: This is for propane only please do not burn firewood.

WINDOWS: Please do not open unless truly necessary. High desert winds will blow in massive amounts of dirt and dust.

PET POLICY: ONE pet (dog) only and a pet fee is required to register your pet. Failure to register your pet will result in an additional fee. Please visit our pet policy section in additional rules.

ROAD TO YOUR DESERT OASIS: This 2000 sq. foot newly remodeled home is located in a quiet neighborhood on 2.4 acres surrounded by incredible sunsets and sunrises. Upon turning in from the main road, the home is about 0.2 miles on dirt road (okay for smaller cars/tires).

BACKYARD: this desert playground includes Yoga Deck, Outdoor Dining, Cowboy Pool, Large Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, Outdoor Shower, Sun Deck, Hammocks, Propane Firepit with swings, Horseshoed, Frisbee golf, Movie Projector, Propane BBQ, and so much for the perfect desert setting.

PROPERTY LOT: Large enough to park your RV’s and off-roading vehicles in a secure and fenced space.

TELESCOPE: available for star and galaxy viewings on those incredible clear nights.

MOVIE NIGHTS: Projector is installed the backyard for movie nights beneath the moon.

PHOTO OP: Vintage school bus parked in the backyard, customized wet deck, various hand-painted murals

PRIVATE DETACHED ROOM: awesome space detached from the main home, which can be used as a yoga room, game room, private sanctuary room, quiet room, or anything you wish for it to be!

SECURITY: Entire property is fully fenced, with locked front gates for additional privacy and security measures.

**NO parties or events allowed. Please be respectful and responsible.
**Prior to your stay, we require you to agree to our rental conditions.
**NO smoking on the property (inside and outside).
**Maximum occupancy: 10 Day or Night
**PET POLICY: Up to ONE small dog (25 lb or less) is allowed only, with a one-time pet fee of $150. No cats. Failure to register your pet(s) will result in an additional $350 fee. **Check in 4PM and check out 11AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
