Located minutes from the famed Joshua Tree National Park, our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is your perfect desert getaway!



Our spacious and open house sitting on almost 1 acre has everything you need to have fun with your group. Enjoy panoramic views while soaking in the pool and tub, gaze at the starry night sky while laying in our comfortable hammocks, toast marshmallows by the fire pit, and enjoy a game of pool or foosball!



Don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!!



The Space:

This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard..



The property comes with a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, BBQ grill, telescope, and hammocks to maximize your outdoor fun all year round.





** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

**Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly due to the cold temperatures in the desert.







In our living room we have a pool and foosball table and an electrifying neon sign in the living room. Our bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Youtube TV and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

Other Things to Note:

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***



If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.



We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.



Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.





Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.



We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.



Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
