*Home Truths:*
- Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is only available from October through April. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!
- Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.
- The garage houses one full bathroom, conveniently situated near the game room and 7th bedroom. Please note that this bathroom does not have heating or cooling facilities.
- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.

- Driveway accommodates a maximum of 8 vehicles
- No street parking.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
