Guest Access:

As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Free parking is available in the large driveway.

Getting Around:

While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

• SELF CHECK-IN: Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door, a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.



• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.



• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance



• PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.



• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.



• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling WiFi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
