This three bedroom, two bath home has been recently remodeled and has everything you need to relax and as well as work remotely in comfort.



The Space:

This unique solar-powered home is situated on five acres of land, providing you with privacy, amazing views, and a tranquil atmosphere. With resort-like amenities including a saltwater pool, hot tub, private putting green and more, this is the perfect oasis for your relaxation and enjoyment.



Our recently remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom home offers modern style and full amenities. From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living thanks to large windows and sliding glass doors. Enjoy panoramic views of the San Gorgonio mountains and Joshua Tree valley from every room.



The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and features high-end appliances, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. The open-concept design allows for easy flow into the dining area and spacious living room, which boasts tall vaulted ceilings.



Each of the two main bedrooms offers a private entrance through a charming courtyard, providing a tranquil space to unwind. Our third bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed.

Multiple outdoor lounging areas allow you to take in the breathtaking night sky or even sleep under the stars on the queen-sized sleeping platform. Explore the desert at your own pace. Whether you choose to drive or prefer to stay put and enjoy nature walks and hiking in the neighborhood, there's plenty to discover. And with convenient services like Instacart for groceries or DoorDash for meals, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Access to the property is easy with keypad entry and ample parking for multiple cars.



The Neighborhood:

Sweeping views and privacy on the Mesa. Though the home is in an underdeveloped area with peace and privacy, we are also quite close to town, to the park, and to all activities and on paved roads. Forgot milk, need more wine? No long jarring drives, just a quick jump to the store and back. Instacart, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.. all provide delivery services to the home.



Getting Around:

It is best to have a car. There are Uber and Lyft drivers in the area sometimes but the wait can be long and unpredictable. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, if you have a basic four wheel drive vehicle and know how to handle it, the surrounding remote areas offer breathtaking sights with fewer crowds than the national park.



Other Things to Note:

Prior to check in, guests will be required to read, understand and sign an agreement acknowledging the house rules and guest expectations as required by the Town of Yucca Valley's Short Term Rental Ordinance.
