Our Comfort room(s) (3) all have an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Big windows let in a lot of light and provide access to the terrace.
Next to the room(s) you have booked, there also is a communal - fully equipped - kitchen with seating area and TV/DVD. The terrace and garden around the place can be used for relaxing or a barbeque.
Free parking and a bike storage.
Our home and garden are on site though separate from the B&B, which provides more privacy for our guests.
At arrival and at breakfast I am always up for a chat or to give out usefull information about our lovely region.
And as we live on site, you just come and `knock on the back door`, if you need anything at all during the rest of the day.

Cycling distance (6-8 km) from Ypres centre
Free parking is available for all guests.
Just outside Ypres centre you have the luxury of larger rooms, prices are more reasonable and there is no trouble finding a parking spot!
Our location is idealy situated for WW I exploration.
There is a fully equiped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) available to all guests of our B&B.
In the kitchen we also have a seating area with TV/DVD.
