Newly built in 2021, Devonshire-Aragon is a spacious duplex with one private bedroom with a queen bed and a large sleeping loft with a twin over full bunk bed. This home features beautiful mountain views being nestled in Yosemite West, a private community in Yosemite National Park. Comfortably sleeps 5 guests, this home can be rented alone or with its mirrored other side, Devonshire-Aberdeen.


Devonshire-Aragon is a well-equipped duplex. The downstairs is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom on this level. The open concept kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking family meals while on vacation! The living room has a propane fireplace a 55" LED TV and dish network satellite television, perfect for snuggling together on cold mountain nights. The upstairs is a large sleeping loft with a twin over full bunk bed. Enjoy a BBQ on the Weber propane grill while enjoying the beautiful mountain views. The front deck is shared with the other side of the duplex, however, each side has its own BBQ and the deck is separated by a gate. This home has satellite internet good for emails and browsing only no Netflix, Zoom, or streaming. This home has air conditioning.
In house laundry can be opened up for guest use upon request.
There is parking for 1 car during winter and 2 cars during summer, sorry no overflow parking available.

You can rent one side of the duplex for up to 5 guests or rent both sides to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is an interconnecting door that can be opened when the same family is occupying both sides.
