No parties or events – A £250 fee will apply for any disturbances or unauthorised gatherings.

No smoking inside the property.

Pets are allowed but any damage will be charged to you.

Please respect our neighbours – Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm

Lost key fee: £100 – Please keep track of the keys during your stay.

Check-in: After 3pm | Check-out: By 11am – Let us know if you need flexibility.

Only registered guests allowed to stay overnight.
