Superb first floor apartment(with lift) in this extremely impressive new eco-building of Icona 2. This flat has amazing views of York Minster. Very short walking distance to the ancient Citie and famous Shambles. Everything is brand new in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (one en suite), with a large living room with Smart TV, utility room and fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also is a state of the art gym downstairs and gardens for sundowners. No need to ever book a hotel suite again!

Foss Islands public car park is very close by as is free parking on Little Hallfield Avenue and all the next streets. Uber and taxis operate everywhere in York including from the train station. The 840/843 Coastliner bus stops outside the property on Layerthorpe to/from York Station, the Racecourse and around central York - as well as on to Whitby, Malton and Leeds.
There is an Asda supermarket and Costa Coffee downstairs, with free car parking for 90 minutes to unload into and out of the property. Foss Islands Retail Park just round the corner has Lidl, Waitrose and Morrisons supermarkets as well as Greggs, Starbucks and much more.
