Situated on a quiet side street just off Bootham, you can enjoy a peaceful setting while being close to everything York has to offer. A pleasant stroll along the beautiful, tree-lined 18th-century Bootham street brings you to the iconic York Minster in under 10 minutes.

The Space:
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are perfect for a group of friends or a small family looking to enjoy a short break in York. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV, providing everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Both bedrooms are set up with King size doubles. Travel cot is located within the front bedroom (no bed linen provided for this).

Each apartment includes two modern bathrooms for added convenience. To welcome you, we provide a complimentary starter pack with tea, fresh coffee, locally made chocolates, and a small jug of fresh milk in the fridge. You'll also find a handy washing-up kit, which includes a cloth, sponge, tea towel, washing-up liquid, and two dishwasher tablets, as each apartment comes with its own dishwasher.

We provide all towels, bed linen, and a selection of complimentary toiletries, including soap, body wash, and shampoo.
For longer stays, we offer free use of two communal washing machines and dryers.

On-site parking is available by prior reservation for an additional charge.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the exclusive Bootham area just outside the city walls. This is a great location as you avoid all the loud noise of being right in the city centre but you are also only a short walk away from all the attractions.
There are some great bars and restaurants just at the top of our street, and the stroll to the city centre is along Bootham, a beautiful tree lined street with large Georgian houses on either side.

Getting Around:
We have on street permit parking available. If you require this then get in touch and we will book you a place. There is a charge for this.
We are 900 metres from York Minster and several other attractions so you will be able to walk to the city from our apartments.

Please note that to save our guests having to pay a damages deposit, we will validate your credit card prior to your check in. If you are arriving after our reception closes, you will need to call us to provide card details. We do not take any money from the card.
