The apartment features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in a home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 comfortable double bedrooms and high speed broadband throughout. The convenient location means the city and most of it's attractions can be easily explored on foot.
The Space:
The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The open plan living space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative cooking from home as well as stylish sofas and a Smart TV. There are glass doors opening on to the balcony - the perfect spot for a morning coffee, or evening glass of wine. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedrooms feature comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen and ample storage space for clothes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers (and 1 bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). Guests also benefit from access to the communal gym in the building opposite. The building is very safe, with a dedicated concierge and 24/7 CCTV in communal areas.

A 5 minute walk from York city centre. The city has a huge variety of bars and restaurants as well as countless historical attractions to explore. There is also a range of shops and cafes on the same road and a large supermarket with petrol station around the corner for your convenience.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, you are in walking distance of most areas of the city. If you don't fancy the walk there are local bus services leaving from the main road around the corner. York train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a short bus/taxi ride away.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
