This superb two-bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment is within Bootham House, a boutique residential development of luxury apartments in the heart of Bootham, the historic approach into York.
It offers top of the range fittings and stylish design features have been selected to complement the interior spaces .There is smart tv in the living room so you can log on to your Netflix and relax after a long day exploring York
The contemporary kitchens combine functionality with elegance, the latest fully-integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge /Freezer and boiling-water taps.
The bathrooms are modern and contemporary and have electric underfloor heating.
Both bedrooms in the apartment are king beds.
The building has lift access if needed and parking can be found in bootham row carpark over the road charged at £2.70 an hour or Mary gate is £13.50 per day 5 minutes away.

Bootham 7 is the perfect find if you are looking for somewhere close to the town centre that has everything you need! Great that you also get free parking with this place as York can be a bit of a nightmare! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay for family of 4. We used both bedrooms and also the sofa bed in the lounge. Best thing about this place is the excellent location but the space itself was also perfect for our needs. Definitely recommend staying here.

Had everything we needed, it was lovely inside and very well located close to everything you needed. Parking was a bonus and we had no issues getting a spot in the car park. Hosts were dead responsive and friendly on all correspondence, no complaints from us.

70th birthday 3 night night breakaway with a day at the races ..

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.. right in the city walk to the castle museum and round shambles very nice and a day at the races with some wins great...just a couple of things to look at in the apartment,, the iron wasn't working ,,and the water in the main bathroom shower,,slow draining away so we cleaned round the filter incase it flooded and it would drain quicker,,other than that we enjoyed our stay ..
