Upon entering the welcoming hallway, you’ll find an open-plan layout seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The inviting living room features a plush sofa, wall-mounted TV, and chic coffee table, alongside a dining table that comfortably seats six.



The sleek grey kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, complete with a selection of glassware, crockery, and cookware.



The master bedroom, located off the spiral staircase, offers a luxurious king-size bed and stylish accents that create a cosy, warm ambiance. Its well-appointed en-suite shower room includes a shower unit, vanity basin, and WC. With the second and third bedrooms, you have the choice; we can set your apartment up to suit your group. We can set up Bedrooms 1 & 2 with a double bed or two singles, with a separate shower room conveniently located just across the hall. A travel cot is provided within this apartment (please note no bed linen is provided for the travel cot).



To enhance your stay, essential amenities such as hair dryers, an iron, ironing board, and fresh bed linen and towels are thoughtfully provided for your comfort and convenience.

Getting Around:

Your are only a short walk from York centre. There is very good public transport at the top of the road should you need it, but most people just prefer the lovely walk in to town.



Other Things to Note:

If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is on Bootham. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank, walking the city walls.
