Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which presents a well-equipped kitchen/dining area should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants close by. On the same floor you have a delightful living area with a comfy corner sofa and large smart TV giving you a perfect area to relax in. On the first floor you have two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The first floor also boasts a lovely bathroom which offers a heated towel rail and shower over the bath.

To the rear of the property, you have a lovely, private Indian stoned patio area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months. Another fantastic feature which this property has to offer is that it’s a stone’s throw from the River Ouse, giving you instant access to gorgeous walks any time of the year.
