Absolutely everything has been thought of in preparing this beautiful, big 7 bedroom house for our guests – ‘Waterview Place’ is unrivalled ‘WOW’ factor on Lake Mulwala.

Bookings are NOW open for summer 2026/ 2027. No bucks parties, no noisy guests!



The Space:

We know you will love Waterview Place as much as we do. The glimpse of the shimmering lake as you open the front door is just the start of how you will be impressed with what this property has on offer.



Number of guests;

The advertised price is for 12 guests. The maximum number of adults permitted is 12. Extra children are permitted upon request at the time of booking.

Please note, we cannot permit 16 adults in this property. It is located in a residential zone, therefore restrictions apply.

Description of the Space;

It is all about big social spaces, that instantly invite family and friends to gather, to wind down and embrace holiday mode.

The open plan kitchen, living and alfresco, is perfect for hosting big groups and the abundance of seating lends itself to long lunches and big dinner parties!

The waterfront location is quiet and calming, and the natural surrounds will be perfect for that waterfront wedding location every bride searches for in Yarrawonga.



The Entertainer will love;

Modern light-filled kitchen, with a huge breakfast bench, butler’s pantry, every appliance you can think of and a Nespresso coffee machine. An abundance of quality entertaining crockery and glassware.

Outdoor dining for 10 under the alfresco and extra stools and trestle tables for guests to use. Along with 2 x good sized BBQs for big cook ups!



The Watersports enthusiast will love;

the location on the beautiful Murray River at Woodlands, and easy access to the Hogans Road boat ramp.Secure boatyard to store all your ski gear and ample parking in front and behind the property.



Families will love;

The natural setting with a large open front lawn and shallow lake waters directly in front. The sparkling solar heated swimming pool and poolside lounges.

Total of 5 televisions in the property with a separate TV lounge upstairs for the kids.

Games room with billiard table, Garlando Soccer Football table, kids toys, bikes, table tennis table, paddleboard and canoe. Foxtel, kids DVDs, unlimited Wi-Fi and a big family bathtub!



The men will love;

The games room with billiard table, Garlando Soccer Football table, bar table, 55 inch TV. As well as the abundance of parking for cars, boats, trailers and toys!.



The women will love;

The fact that the men have their own games room and plenty of things for the kids to do! The calm, quiet surrounds, the sun lounges by the pool, and the abundance of wine and champagne glasses. Quality bedding and stylish furnishings throughout, and the second lounge room upstairs.

Please note: Noise restrictions, age restrictions and a strict Code of Conduct applies to all holiday houses in Yarrawonga. The Managing Agents have zero tolerance with regard to breeches of the Short Term Holiday Accommodation Code of Conduct. Call out fees apply and repeat breeches will result in the eviction of all guests from the property. Please read below our disclosure of security cameras on this property.



Please note, the Vic State Government have introduced the 7.5% short stay tax.

The Neighborhood:

Woodlands Yarrawonga is situated on the banks of iconic Lake Mulwala. Explore a wonderful destination of great walking paths, kids playground, Blackbull Golf Course and all within a 5-minute drive of the established Yarrawonga township.



Getting Around:

Yarrawonga, Mulwala and surrounds have a local taxi service and each Club and some Pubs offer courtesy buses.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

Absolutely no noise that will interferes with our neighbours right to peace and enjoyment.

We have a zero tolerance to our neighbours being interrupted by noise and anti-social behaviour :).



Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.



A security deposit of $1000 is to be paid 7 days prior to the booking.

Noise restrictions, age restrictions and a strict Code of Conduct applies to all holiday houses in Yarrawonga.



This property follows Moira Councils strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy.

- The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud.

- This property is fitted with an external cameras on the facade of the home, front door and the back of the home, which are recording movements into and out of the home.



Please note: Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation, we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations.

This excludes family bookings travelling with children.



1. Outdoor areas including the swimming pool, lake jetty, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.

2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.







Cancellation Policy:

(1) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:



Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.



Booking Cancellation Policy:



Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.

Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.



If a refund is requested, then a $110 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 4% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.



Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.



Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only.

Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.

This property has plenty of room for our extended family of 16

Beautiful outlook to The Lake. Advertised with heated pool, advised it wouldn’t be hot but in fact it was icy!! The kids enjoyed the activities provided eg soccer and pool tables. Table tennis table also, but we ran out of time to make use of that!! Neighbours were great. Overall a fun time was enjoyed

DM Golf HQ's / Accommodation

Waterfront House was perfect for our needs. Size of rooms, bedding arrangements / flexibility , cleanliness of Bath rm's & all facilities were top shelf. The homes design & room sizes allows for large groups to feel very comfortable . The pool was great , clean & provided the respite required for cool swim after 3 rounds of golf. We look forward to our next stay at the Waterfront.

Spacious & nice house

Plenty of room and nice layout. Pool is great (although only solar heated so pretty cold). Central heating didn’t work well so house is a bit cold too. Jetty needs some work, full of duck poo & old black tyres which leave marks on boat, wouldn’t leave boat here overnight. Ample car & trailer parking. Lake here is full of hazards & channels so not great right out front for skiing & boarding.
