Bentley Wynd is located just off Yarm High Street so the market town can be easily explored on foot.



Both Yarm Green Lane and Eaglescliffe train stations are within walking distance of the property and both routes have great links to surrounding towns.



Darlington is only a 20-minute journey from Eaglescliffe and has great access links to Newcastle, Leeds, York, London and Edinburgh.
