Summary:
Small 'motel style' room with balcony and views across Yamba all the way to Angourie. Prime location in the beautiful beach town of Yamba, on top of the hill. Just across the road from the Pacific Hotel and Yamba's beautiful Main Beach. Leave the car parked and enjoy all Yamba has to offer from your doorstep.

The Space:
The quaint studio room has a Double Bed, lounge, balcony, fridge, own bathroom and all you need for a perfect stay in Yamba.

With spectacular views across Yamba to Angourie and the hinterland you can sit on your balcony and relax with a drink as you watch the sunset.

You have easy access to a shared laundry, kitchenette and another full kitchen which has a lounging area, perfect to watch the sunset over the river towards Iluka. These communal spaces are only shared with a small number of apartments so are not crowded and are well kept and maintained.
You also have access to a lovely grassed area with chairs and tables, perfect for reading or eating your meals with views across Yamba.

Please note that the bed in this room is double size (not queen or king). It sleeps one person very comfortably but some couples find double beds rather small.

Parking is available on the ground level, in your designated number.
We have contactless check-in with a lock box at your room.
There are two flights of stairs to reach the property. While the height of this property brings wonderful, elevated views, this property will not suit you if you have mobility issues.

The Neighborhood:
This awesome location presides on top of Yamba's sought after hill location, where everything you need for the perfect Yamba beach holiday is on your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.

With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.

Getting Around:
Once you arrive at Yamba Views, you won't need a vehicle to get around. This wonderful apartment is located 100m from Yamba Main Beach, 200m from town and is walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the markets, the restaurants, the boutiques, the golf club and the iconic Pacific Hotel.

Other Things to Note:
Please no parties and be courteous to other guests. The entire building is no smoking so sorry if you are a smoker best to book elsewhere.
Please note that there are two flights of stairs to access this property.
