Yamba Views is a stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with views forever across Yamba all the way to Angourie. This vibrant apartment encapsulates casual beach living with modern appliances, decor and stunning polished concrete floors. Situated on top of Yamba's prime hill location and just across the road from the Pacific Hotel and Yamba's beautiful Main Beach, you're holiday is sure to be an easy one 'On Yamba Time'.
The Space:
There are not many properties in Yamba boasting sensational, elevated views from Yamba to Angourie and across the Clarence River, however this hidden gem does.
This open plan two bedroom apartment has ensuite's and a balcony to both bedrooms. There is a large welcoming living area with a huge lounge to sit and enjoy the spectacular views from - perfectly fitted out for a family or friends holiday.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, robe, ensuite and views across Yamba and The Clarence River - sunset magic will be seen from here.
The second bedroom also has it's own robe, ensuite, double bed and views across Yamba and the river.
The property boasts an open plan dining area, full kitchen and comes complete with all mod cons such as A/C and dishwasher.
There is a separate deck off the lounge room, with sweeping views to Angourie and the hinterland and a built in bench to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage from. If you feel the need to venture outside well quite simply, everything is on your doorstep.
Bed and bathroom linen and basic essentials including luxury Leif bathroom products are provided, meaning you can truly kick of your shoes and settle into your holiday as soon as you arrive.
The property has an external shared laundry and a shared outdoor grassed area with BBQ also.
Once you arrive at the apartment and park your car you can put your keys away!
Its just a 2 minute stroll to the sand and surf of Main Beach and the local shops, restaurants and cafes, so getting around by foot and it makes your time here seem even more relaxed just cruising the natural beauty surrounding the town.
The cleaning fee for this property includes a full professional clean and linen hire.
Please note that there is also a three bedroom configuration of this apartment should you have a larger group wishing to stay.

There are two flights of stairs to reach the property. While the height of this property brings wonderful, elevated views, this property will not suit you if you have mobility issues.
The Neighborhood:
This awesome location presides on top of Yamba's sought after hill location, where everything you need for the perfect Yamba beach holiday is on your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.
With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.
Fishing fans can catch plenty of fish either at the beach, estuary, off the rocks or even deep sea fishing as it is legendary here too.
There are parks beside the river for picnics, a good golf course and walks to local landmarks, like the Yamba Lighthouse and the Yuraygir coastal walk to the south following ancient emu trails in the Yuraygir National Park. The town is built around a national park, too, and humpback whales put on breaching shows just off-shore during their annual migration between May and November.
Getting Around:
Once you arrive at Yamba Views, you won't need a vehicle to get around. This wonderful apartment is located 100m from Yamba Main Beach, 200m from town and is walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the markets, the restaurants, the boutiques, the golf club and the iconic Pacific Hotel.
Other Things to Note:
Please no parties and be courteous to other guests. The entire building is no smoking so sorry if you are a smoker best to book elsewhere.
