The Space:

This recently renovated luxurious five-bedroom family escape on Yamba Hill with

ocean views over Pippi Beach and the national park is spacious, stylish, and

supremely located. Perfect for large family groups, the house features multiple living

spaces, a large deck with BBQ and outdoor lounging, and premium amenities

throughout. From the beautiful relaxing bedrooms, fully equipped family kitchen

complete with Breville coffee machine, to the air conditioned office with high-speed

internet, Sunset House is ready to welcome you for a relaxing holiday that you will

never want to end.



Sunset House is pet friendly, so bring your four-legged family member to complete

your holiday experience. The roomy front garden area is perfect for dogs to have

some outside time and Yamba has two dog-friendly beaches, with South Pippi just a

five-minute walk away, offering miles of open sand for long walks and carefree beach

Yamba Hill. With an ideal location, this spacious five-bedroom home places you

within easy walking distance of five Yamba’s beaches, cafes, restaurants and

attractions while offering privacy, style and luxury comfort in every detail.

This beautifully appointed home offers fully air-conditioned interiors and all the

comforts of a modern luxury home.  Sunset House boasts two ensuite bedrooms on

the upper floor and three additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom downstairs,

providing ample space and privacy for families or groups. All bedrooms have fans

while air conditioning is ducted throughout the house and plush mattresses giving

guests comfortable and quality sleep.



The family-size kitchen has everything you will need to cater for your family group

when you decide to eat in. Complete with Smeg appliances and Breville coffee

machine means no waiting in lines at the coffee shop for your morning brew.



Multiple living areas across the spacious house gives everyone room to relax. The



large elevated deck with plush outdoor sofas and a family-sized BBQ is the perfect

spot to soak in the panoramic sunset views over Pippi Beach and the surrounding

national park. Spend your afternoons lounging on the back deck, grilling fresh local

seafood and enjoying the sunset with friends and family. 



A convenient laundry and an office with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work

or streaming makes working remotely not only possible but highly productive. Along

with the luxury Leif bathroom soaps and shampoos, crisp high-quality linens and

plush bath sheet towels, Sunset House hosts have thought of everything to make

your stay a premium experience.  



For guests with a boat, the undercover carport provides storage out of the elements

with additional off-street parking for your vehicle on the driveway.

Next door, you’ll find Sunset Cottage - one of Yamba’s favourite one-bedroom

holiday cottages. If you’re planning a larger gathering or need extra space, Sunset

Cottage can be rented along with Sunset House, subject to availability.

Guest Access:

Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises.

There is an undercover carport space for your vehicle or boat and additional space

for one vehicle to park behind in tandem in the driveway. Link St is a quiet street with

plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Sunset House is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all Yamba's five beaches, the golf course and the vibrant centre of town.



Getting Around:

Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Sunset House is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.



Other Things to Note:

- Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, no hens or bucks parties, no loud music, or school leavers

- No pets on beds or furniture. Any pet-related issues (e.g. linen soiling, lounge or carpet cleaning or resurfacing timber floors) will be charged to the guests at cost

- Small/medium size dogs only, strictly limited 2 dogs only

Sunset House is managed by the friendly and helpful team from Oceanstays who are available seven days a week to attend to any needs you might have while you are enjoying your time at Sunset House.
