The Space:
Located on the banks of the Oyster Channel with a private jetty, rolling green lawn, air-conditioning, ample off-street parking and an abundance of living spaces, O'Grady's Rest is the perfect choice for fishing enthusiasts and large families or groups.

This enormous four bedroom, three bathroom home sleeps 10, with ample space for two families. The property enjoys four smart TVs, full kitchen, free and unlimited Wifi, quality linen, luxury carpets, indulgent Leif bathroom products, large BBQ and indoor and outdoor dining for 10 people.

Bedding configuration is as follows:

Master bedroom: King size bed, huge ensuite with spa and bidet, walk in robe and smart TV
2nd bedroom: King size bed, single bunk beds and ensuite
3rd bedroom: Queen size bed and ensuite access to two-way family bathroom
4th bedroom: Queen size bed and access to two-way family bathroom

Guest Access:
O'Grady's Rest has a digital lock on the front door, so access is simple. Arrive anytime after your designated check-in time. Better yet, click-and-collect on your way past Coles as you drive in and your holiday starts the moment you pull into the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
O'Grady's Rest is located on the banks of the Oyster Channel, 6km from Yamba Main Beach. The property is located 1.6km from Yamba Fair and 4km to the Yamba Shores Tavern.

Getting Around:
Parking is easy at O'Grady's Rest so motor vehicle is the obvious choice, but the roads are flat and wide so many of our guests enjoy bringing their bikes to take in the sights and sounds of Yamba as they get around. It's a completely flat and easy ride from O'Grady's Rest to the restaurants and bars, the markets and Turners and Whiting Beaches in Yamba.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the Clarence River runs fast past the property and there is no fence between the home and the river. Please be wary. This property is not suitable for small children.
This is not a party house. We have noiseaware monitors on site and will address any loud music or elevated noise immediately and will not hesitate to act.
This property is in a pristine condition with carpets throughout all bedrooms and some living areas. The cost to professionally clean or replace any marks made on carpets will be passed on to the guest.
