The Space:
Now and Then is a short stroll to Yamba’s famous ocean pool, the cafes, restaurants and boutiques of town and walking distance to no fewer than five world-class beaches. Surf, swim, sip, repeat.

The home is single level, beautifully laid out and easy to live in, with a spacious family-sized living and dining area and ceiling fans throughout. The smart TV is ready for movie nights, but we suspect the view from your private balcony might steal the show. Fire up the BBQ, pour a drink and settle in as the sky turns gold over the Pacific.

There are three comfortable bedrooms: the master has a queen bed, ocean views and a private ensuite; the second bedroom also has a queen; and the third is ideal for kids or friends, with two single beds. Hotel-quality linen is supplied, so there’s no need to bring a thing.

The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and we’ve stocked it with all the essentials to get you started. In the bathrooms, you’ll find luxurious Leif products to elevate your stay – a little indulgence, because why not?

There’s also an outdoor shower and family bathroom with a tub, perfect for post-beach unwinding. Parking is a breeze with a single lock-up garage and extra space in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is a lock up garage and extra space to park your vehicle on the driveway. There is also free and unlimited on street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Now and Then is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all Yamba's five beaches, cafes, restaurants, the golf course and the vibrant centre of town.

Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Now and Then is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.

Other Things to Note:
Strictly no smoking, vaping, drugs, pets, parties or loud music.

Interaction with Guests:
Now and Then is managed by the friendly and helpful team from Oceanstays who are available seven days a week to attend to any needs you might have while you are enjoying your time at Now and Then.
