The fully appointed chef's kitchen makes cooking a joy and has everything you might need for an extended stay including a nespresso maker and smeg appliances. There is fast and unlimited internet, linen and luxury Leif bathroom consumables supplied for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is free and unlimited on-street parking nearby and space for one vehicle in the undercover lock-up garage.

The locals talk about 'The Hill' as being the ideal location in Yamba. Namanula 7 is on the crest of 'The Hill'. It offers incredible views and is accessible to all five beaches in Yamba, the lighthouse, restaurants and boutiques on foot.

Getting Around:
Namanula 7 is located at the crest of Yamba Hill. It's 100m from the ocean, 400m to the Pacific Hotel and restaurants and 550m to the centre of town where you may find boutiques, more restaurants, grocer, bakeries, post office and newsagents.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is a loft above the second bedroom with an extra double mattress at the top and ladder access. We have a click-on barrier to stop children from accessing the loft, however it is entirely the responsibility of the guest to monitor access. Please BYO linen if you wish to use this bonus area.
