Turners, Whiting and Main beach are all within a 5-10 minute walk from the front door. The restaurant precinct and pub are conveniently located at the end of the street. The beachside CBD of Yamba with its many boutique shops and cafes is also within walking distance.

This neat and tidy unit has two good sized bedrooms with the main bedroom featuring a king sized bed and has access to a sunny balcony through a glass sliding door. There is plenty of room in the large second bedroom which is bright and airy. Both bedrooms with ceiling fans.

The open plan lounge and dining area with airconditioning spills out onto the front balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Yamba Lighthouse and beyond. If you decide to dine in, this property features a large fully equipped kitchen. A family bathroom services the two bedrooms, including a separate laundry for your convenience.
