This beautiful, bright, and spacious 3 / 4 bedroom and 4-bathroom airconditioned villa with private electrically heated pool is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing Holiday in Playa Blanca.

When you enter Villa Anissa, you will feel relaxed, happy, and instantly know that you are going to have a great holiday!

You will pass the open plan fully equipped kitchen (with oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and toastie, panini and waffle machine) and you will then be greeted by the very impressive sight of the large private south facing garden and white pool terrace at the rear of the property. There is a high wall surrounding the entire rear garden where you can only see high mountain views on either side. It is totally private and very peaceful!

The sun is on the pool terrace from first thing in the morning until late afternoon!

Next to the kitchen is a living room with 2 sofas and a 55" smart TV. The patio doors open straight onto the large upper terrace with table and chairs that easily seats 10 people and is surrounded by glass.

There is also a 2nd large living room on the upper terrace with ,2 sofas (one of which is a high quality sofa bed), there is also a chest of drawers allowing the room to be turned into a 4th bedroom. There is also a 65" smart TV and air conditioning unit to relax after a nice meal or watch your favourite TV programmes. This room has patio doors that open onto the pool terrace and access it by a small set of stairs.

On the same level you will find a shower room with toilet and vanity unit . On the same floor is also a good sized master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and shower over bath, which also opens onto the upper terrace.

When you take the stairs down from the hallway, you will find straight on your left a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (singles on top and full double beds below) Also an ensuite bathroom and walk in dressing room with wardrobes. The patio door opens onto the lower terrace with a table football, seating area, table and chairs, extra fridge/freezer and washing machine.

On the Lower level is also another large double master bedroom with ensuite shower room, sofa and patio doors leading onto the lower terrace.

From the lower terrace there are stairs leading up onto the pool terrace.

The private heated saltwater pool (electrically heated in wintertime and solar heated in summertime) with pool cover is ideal for a daily swim or a full day of having fun!

Around the pool terrace are sunbeds, an outside shower and various outdoor furniture sets. There is a beautiful mature collection of Lanzarote plants and palms in the lower section of the garden which are a real delight and create an amazing backdrop!

What will be more relaxing than reading a book around the pool, seeing children/young adults playing football or jumping on the trampoline. This all comes with the villa.

To enjoy a nice meal, please feel free to use the outside kitchen with sink and stone-built BBQ.

The impressive upper terrace and stairs are designed with a post-free glass system to have great uninterrupted views down onto the private garden and pool terrace.

Villa Anissa provides, free fibre Wi-Fi, international TV channels with all live sport, movies, pay per view included etc and video on demand, safe and free air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room.

The pool will be electrically heated in the winter period (1st November -31st march) Solar heated in the summer when electric heating is not necessary.

This villa is recently refurbished and new on the Holiday rental market since January 2024.

The villa provides to use (for free) a trampoline, table football game, Nintendo Wii games system and a football goal.

There is an alarm system in the villa.
