This house is prepared for people who want to maintain a high degree of privacy, with independent access from the solarium to their private room. It is designed for a couple with guests.

It consists of two independent kitchens, two living rooms, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, direct access to a 400 m2 solarium and an individual heated pool.

The solarium of the pool is about 200 m2, the solarium with volcanic soil about 50 m2 with a pergola of about 30 m2 and is covered with two plants of passion fruit. In this room you can see sunrise or sunset from comfortable armchairs.

The Garden area has several cacti, some originating from Madagascar such as

Alluaudia Procera 5 m high.

The house has a heated pool, has solar panels that during the central hours of the day reach 8.7 Kw. The temperature of the water, as long as it is covered while not in use, reaches 29 degrees.

The surface of the house and garden is 1000 m2. The area is the most exclusive in Playa Blanca and all the houses are on plots of more than 1500 m2.

In a straight line the sea is about 800 m2 and the town of Playablanca about two kilometers. The bus stop is about 500 meters away and the taxi stop is about 700 meters away. The use of a taxi is recommended due to its low price and frequency.

Inside the house you can park up to three vehicles.
