Newly built, this villa is part of the Marina Suite Complex, which has been lovingly designed and decorated to make the most of the space. The master bedroom on the first floor is stunning, with a king-size bed, private balcony, bistro set, and ensuite. The living space is open-plan and flooded with natural light that beams in through the patio doors. 
At car optional, local supermarkets and restaurants are a short stroll away. Head through the garden gate and along the seafront to the Millionaire marina, lined with high-class seafront restaurants, tapas bars, and a boutique shopping centre. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the pool area is 130cm wide. The outside area is flat, with artificial grass around the pool. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor twin bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
