Casa Lagarto is a four bedroomed villa with private heated pool situated in the popular Parque del Rey area of Playa Blanca. This area is very central to Playa Blanca, and is 15 to 20 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. Casa Lagarto is a detached villa located in a quiet location, with lots of outdoor space and mature gardens. The villa is all on one level.

You enter the house into the light and airy lounge, which has comfortable leather sofas and chairs. The lounge has TV with UK and international channels, movies and music. The lounge opens into the dining room, where there is a large table and chairs, and patio doors lead onto the terraces and pool area.

The well-equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen leads into the utility room where there is a washing machine, dryer, drinks fridge and microwave.

Off the hallway are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Air conditioning is coin-operated. All bedrooms have wardrobes and mirrors.

The fully-tiled family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

The villa has extensive outside space surrounded by high lava stone walls. At the front of the house is the 6.5m x 3.75m private pool, which has a cover. The pool has Roman steps for easy access, and is heated all year round (pool heating is included in the rental price). The pool is surrounded by eight sunloungers. Pool towels are provided. There is also a table and chairs by the pool. The pool area has sun for much of the day and is a lovely, comfortable place to relax.

To the side of the house is a shaded pergola dining area with table and chairs, a cosy seating area, and a Canarian BBQ.

There is parking for one car on the driveway, and additional parking directly outside the villa.

The property has lots of extras including hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safety deposit box (free to use). There is also an alarm system for added security.

We provide a welcome pack with wine, water, juice, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits, 4 toilet rolls, kitchen roll, dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap.

The location of Casa Lagarto makes it popular with guests who want to be within an easy walk of Playa Blanca’s town centre and seafront. Approximately 15 minutes walk brings you into the centre of town, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the town centre.

Playa Blanca has several beaches ranging from the small beach in the centre of town, to the large Playa Dorada where you’ll find sunloungers and pedalos, and the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo.

Playa Blanca’s Marina Rubicon is the place where you’ll find the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, as well as lots of lovely restaurants overlooking the boats, and some designer shops.
