Villa Lomas is a fabulous villa in an excellent location close to the waterpark and just a short stroll to the family friendly beach of Playa Flamingo. The villa has a private pool and games room. It’s perfect for a family holiday in the sun.

The open plan living-dining room has large sliding doors leading to the outside dining terrace which has partial sea views and a Canarian BBQ. There is a separate kitchen and solana.

Villa Lomas has three bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms both have twin beds share a shower room. All of the bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning units.

There is a large games room in the lower floor of the villa that is great fun for everyone. This includes a pool table, table tennis and table football. There is truly something for everyone! The games room also benefits from a WC.

A couple of steps from the outside dining terrace lead to the lovely pool which is also heated during winter months.

In Playa Blanca's town centre, you will find a vast range of bars, shops, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach. You can walk along the lovely sea front promenade from Playa Flamingo (near the villa) to the town centre, and beyond to the chic and stylish Marina Rubicon.

At Villa Lomas we are flexible on arrival day, departure day and duration (7 nights plus). The villa is usually let for a minimum of 7 nights, however if you are seeking a shorter stay please contact us.

Please be aware our this property is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us prior to booking.
