Outside more decks lead to the HotSprings hot tub and down to the lower yard.

With its perfect blend of forest and ocean, this very special property provides direct beach and river access from the yard, with designated walking trails in both directions. Wander north, grab a latte along the way, and take a look off the Yachats State Park overlooking the churning confulence of river & ocean and natural black basalt bridges. From there the famous 804 Trail offers 1.7 magical miles of gentle scenic path following dramatic rocky bluffs with pocket beaches, tide pools and churning sprays, where it suddenly terminates from rugged black basalt into pure white sand and 7-miles of pristine flat beach, great for a day of play, or even a bike ride all the way to Waldport!
