Casa Coralina is a modern beach house located in El Cocal Beach Club, a gatedcommunity in Yabucoa. It is the perfect space for large families or groups of friends. Lounge in the large covered outdoor space, make a drink at the bar, entertain at the 10-person dining table or sunbathe in the infinity pool. The house is a 3-minute walk to El Cocal beach, known for its golden sand and turquoise water. Casa Coralina is named after the coral tiles around the pool and the abundance of coral pieces that can be found along El Cocal

The Space
On the main level, Casa Coralina features a large amount of covered outdoor space to enjoy with a bar and a 10-person dining table. Nearby is the infinity pool with multiple chairs to sunbathe, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Discover the luxurious master suite with a smart TV, a lounge area, and an attached full bathroom. Additionally, relax on the faux leather sectional in the cozy den while watching a movie on the smart TV or reading one of our carefully curated books. Off the den, is another attached full bathroom. Cook with convenience and enjoy the kitchenette, one of two kitchens at Casa Coralina, equipped with a fridge, a desk, and a stovetop.

Head upstairs to the covered balcony and soak in the view of El Cocal Beach. Have a seat on the large sectional couch and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Inside the upper level, is a large fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table and all the necessities. Down the hallway off the kitchen, are three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer.
Guest access
The guest will be given access to the gate when you enter the neighborhood and the gate when entering the driveway of Casa Coralina. The guest will also have access to the entire house and El Cocal Beach access.
Other things to note
Our property manager, Juan, lives only a few minutes away and can assist with emergencies or issues if they occur.

The pool does not have a cover and is close to the master bedroom and lounge area, therefore children must be supervised at all times when at the house.

If there is a power outage in the area, Casa Coralina has a solar system backup, which powers the lights, fridges, AC, the upstairs stove, and provides hot water in the downstairs master room shower. If there is a water outage in the area, Casa Coralina has a backup water tank that allows you to shower and wash dishes.

This property has two kitchens: a smaller kitchen on the main level and a larger kitchen on the upper level. The smaller kitchen on the lower level has a stove, and the oven is not functional. The kitchen upstairs has a stove and an oven.
