Located right on the coastline, it is the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Relax on the balcony as you watch the sun sink below the horizon or a quiet evening of stargazing with our telescope. It features a modern living room, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed to make you feel at home.

It features a modern living room with sofa beds, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed to make you feel at home. Whether you come for a romantic getaway, a quiet retreat or simply to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves, our apartment offers the perfect setting. We are also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along to share your moments.

Near us:
We are located in the center of Kato Melissi village, right on the seashore. The local bakery & kiosk are right in front of the house, the mini grocery store, pharmacy, cafe & gas station are just a minute walk away. The sea is right in front of the house and the local beach is just on the right side of our building. There are also many beach bars in the area, which you can access either by car in less than 5 minutes or on foot in about 15 minutes. The sea has beautiful colors all year round, there are pebbles on the beach. You can easily access other villages and beaches, such as Kiato (4 minutes) & Xylokastro (7 minutes) by car or local bus (KTEL). The local bus station is right in front of the property and leads to nearby villages or other cities (Athens-Corinth-Patra etc.). You can also enjoy a day trip to Ziria mountain and the picturesque village of Trikala by car (35-45 minutes). For a night out, you can visit Kiato or Xylokastro (5-7 minutes) or enjoy a romantic dinner by the sea at the beach of Sykia village (2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot). There are many options for drinking, eating, dancing, even local playgrounds and an amusement park (in Xylokastro).

By car 1.5 hours from Athens, alternatively we recommend the local bus (KTEL). The local bus station is right in front of the property.

Finally, via suburban railway (Kiato station) and from there taxi or bus to Melissi.
