The super spacious ground floor boasts an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which leads out to a splendid private garden with pristine waters as a backdrop. The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen will bring out the chef in you and will definitely be the daily gathering spot.
An extra comfy sofa, in the living area, will have its fair share of occupancy and is able to accommodate a âsleep-overâ for an extra guest. Whatâs more, this part of the residence is extra warm during the colder months as it features a gorgeous fireplace.
