The villa boasts an impressive array of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Enjoy the luxury of a private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing sunny days and creating lasting memories. The sun terrace provides an excellent space for outdoor dining and lounging, complemented by garden furniture and a barbecue area for delightful al fresco experiences.
Inside, the home is equipped with modern conveniences including high-speed WiFi, a fully-fitted American-style kitchen with top-notch appliances, and air conditioning to keep you cool during warm days. The kitchen, featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals.
With 5 bathrooms (2 with showers and 3 with bathtubs), there's ample space and privacy for everyone. The property is pet-friendly (extra fees apply), allowing up to 2 animals, and offers a self-controlled heating and cooling system for year-round comfort.
Public street parking is only available, the property is located in alley around 50 meters walk from the main street accessible only on foot, making exploration of the local area convenient. While youth groups are not permitted, this villa is perfect for families, couples, and friend groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home.

- Bedrooms are equipped with AC units for cooling and heating, operated by an electronic coin system (âŹ1 & âŹ2 coins) installed on the property. Each AC unit consumes approximately âŹ2.25 per night.
- 1 washing machine tablet per night of your stay will be provided.

This tax is to be paid locally in cash only at check-in by one of our staff members.
Fully refundable security deposit:
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of âŹ400 for properties with a private pool is required to cover any damages (excluding normal wear and tear) or missing items. The deposit will be automatically refunded within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes has 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to the guest in writing.

Arrive at Malta International Airport and then take a ferry crossing from Cirkewwa terminal to Gozo including car and passenger or alternatively take Fast ferry to from Valletta. We offer car hire and/or direct transfers from the airport to the property after completing the booking by filling out our flight arrival and departure details form.
Local amenities:
- The closest 4 restaurants are located in the main village square, just an 5-minute walk away.
- There is a very famous bakery Ta Saminu just 200meters from property
- The closest supermarket is around 500meters away from the property, and there is are various other larger supermarkets around the island.
- The nearest beach is 4km away from the property, Mgarr Ix-Xini (accessible via a hilly road).
- The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away, served by Bus No. 323 â Tingi.
