Escape to the serene beauty of Wye River with our inviting Blue View beach house. Nestled atop a gentle slope, this comfortable 3-bedroom retreat offers a breathtaking panorama of Wye River Beach, ensuring a memorable coastal getaway.
Step inside to discover an open-plan living area adorned with large windows that frame the magnificent vista. Relax and unwind on the spacious deck, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, where you can savor a glass of wine as you watch the waves dance.
In the evenings, gather around the cosy wood fire heater and feel the warmth as you recount the day's adventures. Keep an eye out for our friendly native birds, who grace the deck daily and may even dine from your hand.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, Blue View boasts two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a third bedroom furnished with 2 sets of bunks, perfect for families or groups. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
For entertainment, the kids will love the separate TV room stocked with DVDs, videos, and games, while the large open yard beckons with a swing for outdoor playtime.
Start your mornings right with a freshly brewed cup from the Aldi Expressi coffee machine, complete with 6 capsules to kickstart your day. Parking is a breeze with the flat driveway accommodating two cars.
Conveniently located near the Wye General Store and cafe, indulge in fabulous coffee and meals while overlooking the public playground. Alternatively, venture to the renowned Wye Beach Hotel, as featured on Getaway, for an unforgettable dining experience.
Please note that Blue View maintains a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy indoors. Additionally, we do not accept schoolies bookings or parties, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere for all guests to enjoy.

Views, wildlife and chilled time

Stayed at Blue View again, such a treat to have the spectacular views from the deck, enjoyed the sunrise with a cuppa, and a glass of wine in the evening to see the sun on the waves at sunset. Visited by the local wildlife, King Parrots, Sulpher Crested Cockatoos, Crimson Rosellas, Honeyeaster, swallows and even spotted Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos! But the highlight was a family of kangaroos! Great spot for a chilled time, reading books and having fun in the surf on the patrolled beach. Thanks Karen!

Loved it!!!

Great property and perfectly located! Bird life and surrounds just stunning. Only problem was the convection stove top that just would not work properly even after following the instructions but hey, used the oven!! :) Would definitely stay again and look forward to it. One of our most favourite stays!!

Location, location, location!!! The view, the wildlife and the serenity of this property were second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exactly what the doctor ordered. Wonderful!

We had a lovely 4 day stay here with family. The deck was the perfect place to spend the sunny mornings watching the ocean while enjoying our cuppa’s. The house has everything you need and the extra lounge with tv and games was amazing for the kids. We will definitely book this house again.

Great weekend. The house is exactly as described. Very clean. Everthing you could want is provided. The view is uninterupted and beautiful. We enjoyed just sitting on the deck enjoying the parrots and cockatoos. Would definately come back.

Great location & view is spectacular! We had to postpone due to covid, owners were very understanding and allowed us to change the date. Ended up going in July, winter weekend with a gorgeous fire, great kitchen and any utensil you need for cooking in which was amazing. Will be back.
