+ Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues, or road closures that are out of our control.

+ When visiting a mountain town, it`s important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control.

+ We strongly encourage purchasing travelers insurance, especially in the winter months.

Parking: We have parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the garage. If your car leaks, please park over dirt

TRASH/RECYCLING: MUST separate trash from recycling; cabin has separate containers inside and out. The inside cans are under the kitchen counter on the left. CRR is fining us if there is trash in the recycling container and we will pass it on to you. Trash and recycling roll outs are next to the garage.
COMPOST: We appreciate you putting compost in container on counter and/or in compost bin outside by the trash/recycling cans
HEATER: Open bottom panel and turn dial up a number to desired heat. `2` is a good heat (around 74 degrees).
COFFEE: Traditional coffee maker, we provide filters and coffee
BATHROOM: Only flush #1, #2 and toilet paper…we are on a septic system. Plumbers’ fees will be incurred if you plug up the toilet with anything else. BE CONSERVATIVE WITH TOILET PAPER...TOO MUCH WILL PLUG THE TOILET and that’s a “crappy” situation!
BBQ: If gas grill runs out of propane, let us know ASAP, please clean grill and leave cover off if used
