BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED OCEANFRONT TOWNHOUSE IN THE HEART OF WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH!

Townhouse 4 boasts an amazing and convenient location - just a short distance to upscale restaurants, surf shops, grocery, paddle board/bike rentals and steps away from easy beach access and private HOA pool and tennis!

Once inside, the main floor provides ample living space for time together and sweeping ocean views in the family and dining rooms. Prepare meals in the fully equipped, open kitchen with updated cooking appliances and quality cookware that make dining in a pleasure!

All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with quality bedding and furnishings, each with its own walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. On the main floor there is a lovely bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. Upstairs is the beautiful owners’ suite with his-and-her sinks, vanity sitting area and pier to pier views of the white sand beaches and blue ocean waters from the extra-large picture window. There is another spacious bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds and en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the tranquil deck surrounded by sand dunes and beautiful landscaping. A covered patio below, complete with table, chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower, rounds out the amenities provided by this special property.

Station One also offers a community pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, 24 hour security, and easy beach access. You also have parking privileges in the secure lot during your stay.

Sheets and towels need to be rented or provided by the renter. We recommend Seaside Linens, a linen rental service to provide quality linens and towels for your stay. Contact them to provide the necessary linens and they will deliver them to the townhome prior to your arrival. Renter may also provide their own linens and towels.

The house was comfortable and worked really well for us staying with younger kids. The quick access to the pool and beach was very convenient. The porch had a beautiful view. Parking was very easy, and the location of the house was nice, since it was so close to everything. We’re very satisfied with the cleanliness.the water pressure in the upstairs room needs to be fixed . We would recommend this property and are planning on coming back next year .

Family Stay

We were very happy with the place and the location was perfect for us all. We were able to take advantage of the beach and pool area. The only issues we had were a few pieces of glass were found in the living room, lucky not in anyone’s foot, a lot of the utensils had food particles still on them and the main floor shower/bath would not turn on. We didn’t want to force it. Overall an amazing trip and are very thankful for getting the experience to stay. Thank you.

Perfect Location!

The property was beautiful and clean - just as described! Great views from the deck and primary bedroom and a very short walk to the beach access, pool, beach bars and shopping. The kitchen is small so not ideal if you plan to cook a lot (we did not, so not a big deal). We loved it!!

Paradise in Wrightsville Beach

My girlfriends stayed at this amazing condo. The location, views, condo and weather were perfect. The photos are exactly wat the condo and views looked like. The condo is decorated beautifully and everything was clean. Neighbors are very welcoming and you have everything you need in walking distance. My friends and I are looking to return in the near future.

Nice townhouse on the beach

Excellent location on the beach and nice, clean townhouse. The central air conditioning was very good and the kitchen was modern. Only downside was that the mattress in the master bedroom felt lumpy and the water pressure on the top floor wasn’t very good.

Great Stay All Around

In town for UNCW Graduation and much needed family time! Townhome was perfect from top to bottom, start to finish. Ashley (I believe) answered the phone any and every time I called. Fantastic service. Location was perfect for anyone visiting the island for any reason. We were a family of 7 including 5 young adults and we were very comfortable. Used the tennis court every day. Home was well stocked in the kitchen and in the garage with pool/beach items/bikes. We wanted for nothing. My favorite part was waking up in the master bedroom on an elevated bed that looked directly out over the beach. The sunrise every morning was just beautiful and we didn’t even have to get out of bed! Upon return to Wrightsville this is where we will stay in the future.

Surf Weekend

We son is 26 and autistic. Each year a group called Surfers Healing runs a great day for kids and adults with disabilities and we came for this event. Everything was perfect. I couldnt have asked for anything else. We plan to go again next year and hope to stay again with you. thank you

Need to add unit number to site I only had name so wasn’t sure of the number. Tv service wasn’t the best . When you have small children your in the room more so that would help. But overall very pleasant stay unit was clean and well stocked . Thank you for sharing your home
