Station One unité 2 / C - Les enfants de tous ùges profiteront de vacances à Wrightsville Beach dans ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain situé au 2Úme étage de la station One.

Il a été magnifiquement rénové avec une cuisine / salle à manger / salon ouverte, de nouveaux planchers et des salles de bains totalement refaites. Profitez de superbes vues sur l'océan depuis toutes les piÚces principales du condo et d'un grand balcon privé en bord de mer. Il y a beaucoup à faire à la station 1! Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, jouez un match ou deux sur les courts de tennis et bien sûr, l'océan est à portée de main!

Les autres commoditĂ©s incluent une zone de cuisson avec des tables de pique-nique sur le terrain soignĂ©, une laverie Ă  piĂšces Ă  chaque Ă©tage, une sĂ©curitĂ© 24h / 24 et un ascenseur. IdĂ©alement situĂ©, le Station One se trouve Ă  quelques pas du centre-ville de Wrightsville Beach, oĂč vous trouverez des magasins, des Ă©piceries et des restaurants.

Il y a un parking pour 2 voitures sur le parking dans la rue. Occupation: 6. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Le complexe de la station One exige que tous les vĂ©hicules affichent un laissez-passer de stationnement Ă©mis par HOA lorsqu'ils sont garĂ©s sur le terrain afin d'Ă©viter toute citation. Les laissez-passer sont strictement appliquĂ©s et limitĂ©s Ă  deux par unitĂ© de location; aucune exception ne peut ĂȘtre faite. Toutes les rĂ©servations nĂ©cessitent des cartes de stationnement qui seront Ă©mises par le bureau de la rĂ©ception de la station 1 au titulaire de la rĂ©servation au moment de l’enregistrement.

We love Station One for its location and thisbis not ourbfirst visit there. This unit was clean, convenient, exactly as advertised amd we couldnt have enjoyed it more. Check in was smooth and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Comfortable condo in outdated complex

The unit had a very nice kitchen, good beds and comfortable furniture. The master bathroom was old and very cramped, but the other shower was updated. The worst thing about the unit were the non-functional blinds. The vertical blinds had lots of broken/missing blinds and none of the blinds kept light out, so plan on getting up at dawn if you stay here. Also, the internet was very slow. We had stayed at Station One many times years ago and the complex has not been kept up well in time since our last visit. All the hallways and stairwells looked bad and the door to the second floor from the stairwell is very hard to open. The pool area was fine, but nothing special and no noticeable updates in the years since our last visit. I would also advise against storing beach equipment in the common area, as our four new beach chairs were stolen a few days into our trip. The location was good in terms of being able to walk to restaurants and shops, but the beach here is not as pretty as other North Carolina beaches. Also, only choose this area if you prefer a lot of people and activity. We were woken up by people yelling on the beach and/or police/fire truck sirens several times. While this particular unit was nice, we will not be returning to Station One.

Fantastic Condo with Amazing View

Truly fantastic property. Super comfortable king bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Comfy. Amazing view. Walked across the street for coffee and ice cream. We had a great time and would absolutely rent again.

Great Waterfront Spot

This was a perfect spot for our Wrightsville Beach getaway - the condo was very clean, amply supplied and in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The view from the beachfront patio was amazing - we watched a beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee - without leaving the condo! Beach access was easy, and the facility amenities were top notch. The only issue we had was in trying to contact the rental office during our stay. We tried to call the office several times on the number they gave us (after 5 pm), but every time, after waiting on hold for several minutes, the call disconnected within seconds of an operator answering. We called from multiple phones, so it was not a one time fluke. In spite of that, this was a fantastic rental that I would highly recommend, and one that I would definitely return to.

The condo was beautiful with great ocean view. The only aggrivating part was 2 keys for 6 people. Not so bad for the condo door, but you needed a key to get in the building.

Wonderful Stay Station 1 at Wrightsville Beach

This condo has a terrific location steps from the beach. It was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property was in great condition. With maintenance stance making sure the property looked its best. The check-in instructions from Bryant were excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Love 2c

What a view

Lovely place to stay for a weekend - comfortable beds, furniture and well stocked kitchen. Microwave wasn’t working but after I called a small countertop one was brought in. Need to upgrade to keyless entry, but the view was worth the hassle. Great beach for walking or running.

Thanks for sharing your idyllic retreat. My two elderly (23 and 24) granddaughters and I spent all day on the beach except for watching the uNC basketball . You have made everything convenient . Love the solid patio doors and the new showers. Better than home.
