We ended up not going because of the Tropical Storm. I knew we were past the window to cancel and get our money back but they had another opening for the another weekend in a couple weeks and wouldn’t allow us to switch to those dates. I’ve stayed at this property before and it’s a very nice condo. I decided not to cancel the booking even though we ended up not going so I would be able to write a review and also so the property couldn’t keep our money and still try to get somebody else in the condo for the week to double their money.

The beds were great but the floors were filthy! However, that was taken care of. I believe the oven needs replacement (only runs on convection setting!)The dishwasher wasn't so great,either.We would not come beck here.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our time in this location. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions was perfect. The condo itself had a large couch for everyone to enjoy TV, the rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was terribly small, which was fine, but if you like to cook or plan on eating in the entire time (which we did), just be aware! We did find everything we needed to enjoy our meals! We especially enjoyed the A/C and the porch to people watch.

great stay and property

this is a great property. very updated with nice finishes throughout. love the tvs. good location for walking to amenities. can be a tad noisy but fans are great for that and doesnt deter since everything else is so nice. needs some clothes hangers in every closet. key code is great but a link or number directly in checkout email would be great to alert bryant of check out but thats really it. thanks.

Great location close to the beach and lots of shopping. But the beds weren't very comfortable and the carpet was a kinda old. But everything else was nice.

The condo was perfect!

It was just perfect for our family. Every room from the outdoor porch to the spacious bedrooms, everyone of us were so thankful for the condo. Sitting on the porch watching all the people, walking down to the beach and pier and the weather was perfect! We hope to be able to do this again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us❀

Great Graduation Gathering

We stayed at this property for my daughters graduation weekend. Our ages range from six months to 58 years old. This house was perfect for everybody. There is it downstairs bedroom, and two upstairs bedrooms. The rooms are nice and quiet, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything I needed for a really wonderful party. This unit is steps away from a darling park that my grand children loved. It is also a one minute walk to the beach. Could not have been better for a multi generational gathering. We absolutely loved our stay!

A nice week at the beach

The condo was lovely even though not as clean as I would like. I am not sure anyone ever cleaned or wiped down the drawers in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain rod was rusted and needed to be replaced. One of the drawers in the kitchen needed to be fixed as the silverware drawer threatened to fall out when opened. The heat and air were not strong enough to work on both levels. If you got it warm enough downstairs it would be a sauna upstairs. As I only stayed here by my self, it was workable, but if I had had others stay it would have been a constant battle tyring to heat or cool both levels.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was overall very nice. A very well stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer on premises was very convenient. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, pier, bars and restaurants and located on the loop for convenient access for early morning walks. We have 2 small children and the distance to the beach was convenient to come back for lunch and multiple bathroom breaks daily. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening . We were worried that the proximity to the street would be too loud, but noise was never a problem. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.
