Ce charmant chalet est le bon endroit pour vos prochaines vacances en famille! À seulement une maison de la plage et à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins locaux, Surf Charlotte allie parfaitement commodité et intimité. La terrasse spacieuse est parfaite pour les repas en plein air, le bain de soleil ou tout simplement pour profiter de l'océan et de la faune locale.

Le chalet vous accueille à bras ouverts et vous saurez que vous avez fait le bon choix dès que vous franchissez la porte d'entrée! La salle à manger ouverte est confortable et élégante, faisant un espace de rassemblement confortable après une longue journée sur la plage. Le plan d'étage du double salon offre un espace généreux pour votre famille et les téléviseurs intelligents, dont deux avec Apple TV, permettent à chacun de profiter facilement de leurs émissions préférées et les 3 haut-parleurs Bose SoundTouch sont compatibles Bluetooth pour que vous puissiez écoutez de la musique dans toute la maison! Juste à côté du salon principal se trouve la cuisine qui comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, un joli dosseret de tuiles et des tonnes de lumière naturelle.

La première chambre d'hôtes queen est située entre les salons et est équipée d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de luxe et desservie par la salle de bain du hall. Le deuxième salon n'est pas seulement charmant et plein de caractère, c'est une utilisation efficace de l'espace car le canapé se transforme en couchette, permettant un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Juste en bas du couloir se trouve une buanderie, deux autres chambres doubles équipées de matelas en mousse à mémoire et la deuxième salle de bain complète.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une douche extérieure et un rangement extérieur pour que vous puissiez ranger facilement tout votre équipement de plage. Il y a un parking hors rue pour 3 véhicules, un dans l'allée et deux places sous la maison qui sont accessibles depuis East Atlanta Street. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter Surf Charlotte alors chargez votre famille, votre équipement de plage, votre ami à quatre pattes et venez commencer une nouvelle tradition à Wrightsville Beach!

Beach-Wrightsville Trip

We loved it. Steps away from the beach and convenient to coffee shops and restaurants. Rental Agency was top notch and we couldn't have been happier. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Perfect Vacation House

The house is great - space enough for our family of four and our dog. Steps to the beach plus the amazing porch where you can sit and listen to the waves. Walkable to a few restaurants and bars as well as a coffee shop. Ideal location. We will definitely be going back!

The house was great. The layout and location were perfect for us. We loved the second tv/seating area and overall charm of the house. It was very cozy and inviting. The pet friendly items (blankets, poop bags, etc) were a great touch. Acess to the beach was simple and historic Wilmington is a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

Charming Accommodations & Great Location!

Nice roomy cottage. Well located and perfect for six people and a dog. A sliver of an ocean view and just steps from the beach path. Professionally decorated, clean and well stocked. Three roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds (not great pillows). Two non-private bathrooms (one redone, one not). We would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Location

This is the second extended stay at this house. It is clean, comfortable, and clearly the owners care a lot about it. Amazing location just off the beach path, and just a few blocks to the shops. Kitchen basics like dish soap, sponge, any cleaning products were in short supply or non-existent so bring your own. Otherwise, a great place to visit and spend time away.

Bungalow beauty!

Perfect beach bungalow! Beautifully decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Bose speakers in all the rooms and all the dishes we could ever need in the kitchen. Huge front/side porch for coffee in the mornings and a sweet little back porch for afternoon sun and cocktails! Hop, skip and a jump from everywhere you want to be at Wrightsville. Parking was excellent and we loved the outdoor shower. We will absolutely book again next year for our staycation! Loved Surf Charlotte!

AMAZING Property!

My husband and I stayed at this house for a mini “honeymoon”. We said “we need to come back here!” several times during our stay. It’s a super close walk to the beach (maybe 10 steps to beach access), has an enormous patio, and the house is beautifully decorated. Also within walking distance of some good restaurants and only a few miles from a Harris Teeter. There were a few minor cleanliness things that we noticed, but nothing alarming— the property overall was very clean and well kept!

Weekend getaway we needed

The property is exactly as described. We really enjoyed the location, layout, comforts and various sitting spaces. Pleasant surprises: there's a screen that blocks the front deck stairs so dogs and children don't go down the stairs. The outdoor shower is amazing. Something I wished I packed: Hairdryer. The warm air did the trick, but it looked horrible. LOL It's one house away from the beach and walking distance to town. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this rental.

Big dog beach house

This place was awesome for us with our big dog! The gate on the deck gave him free range to look around outside without worry of him running onto the street to visit others. The house was quite spacious and well maintained. We did have someone get locked in the master bedroom because the doorknob was broken, but we reported it and were assured it will be fixed. I’d go back! Today. I’d go back today. 😁

We were very disappointed with the company that provided things like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, towels and the fact that there was a additional charge for having beds made. No hose attached to faucet to rinse off after being on the beachFor a 5 day stay and the price per night I think only providing 1 trash bad and 4 towels is not appropriate for that price point. Stayed at MANY Vrbo homes which were managed much better. Disappointed

Good house. Good location. Beware excessive pet fees !

OK house with a great location. Nothing modern or fancy but a good house nonetheless. Not beach front but very close. Only complaint was the excessive pet fee. We were not aware until we were booking and unfortunately the house was our only option for our dates and the location we needed. There was a $200 pet fee PER PET! I do not recall seeing that in the listing itself. We were charged $400 for two 10 pound older, lazy dogs. I have never paid that much in pet fees and we travel often. My wife often will clean any rentals upon leaving, so we left the place spotless. So again, $400 for the pets was a bit ridiculous and was a bit greedy if you ask me. If you want to charge money upon discovering any damage from a pet that is one thing, but to charge this amount up front is crazy.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by an absolutely filthy kitchen on arrival. Dirty dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils in shelves and cupboards. Unusable dishwasher. No dish cloths or oven mitts. Fortunately, Bryant was willing to send a top-notch team to rectify. It took two energetic young people an hour and a half of steady work to get the kitchen in decent shape.
