Niché dans les magnifiques dunes à l'extrémité nord isolée de Wrightsville Beach, cette 3ème étage, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement dans Duneridge Resort offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis votre véranda privée!

Détendez-vous dans une chaise près de la piscine, ou jouer quelques matchs sur le court de tennis communautaire. La grande plage de sable blanc, accessible par une passerelle est l'une des plus belles de l'île. Promenez-vous le long du bord de l'eau à Mason s Inlet au nord où figure exclusive Eight Island est à un jet de pierre de là.

L'unité dispose d'un grand salon / salle à manger, cuisine office, et buanderie. Il y a un ascenseur pour votre confort ainsi que l'entrée en matière de sécurité.

** À compter du 2 janvier 2019, le linge de maison sera compris dans toutes les locations de vacances de 5 à 21 nuits pour cet établissement. We had the best time

This was a very good location and a beautiful overall property with a nice pool and private beach access. It felt secluded but was still close to everything and we would definitely visit again.

Wonderful!

Such a comfortable place to stay!! We loved every minute and will be back for sure! Well stocked with kitchen tools, my only recommendation is to bring your own coffee maker. The one they had there was not ready for prime time, and there were no coffee filters, which you wouldn't typically bring because the type needed is different depending on the style of the machine. I suggest updating the photo to show there are only two patio chairs, but they do have some extra foldable chairs in the closet that were helpful! The beds were so comfy, and great pillows - such a nice place!!!

The unit is showing its age, but nothing that kept us from enjoying it. We'd stay there again.

Perfect for a family with kids!

We usually rent a house closer to where the shops and restaurant are are located, however this year we had a smaller group. The condo was reasonably priced and was convenient for our kids. There is easy and direct access to the beach (which is not overcrowded), and also have the option of hanging out at the pool. The condo itself was just as advertised. I saw that other renters had issues with the shower doors, which still were not repaired for our stay and gave us difficulty getting in and out. The furniture style gives it an older, more formal vibe, but it was comfortable overall. We had a difficult time finding our way upon arrival (both locating the condo and how to access the pool/beach) but loved our overall stay, especially the view and sound of the beach from the balcony. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying again!

Fantastic location, overall nice place but needs some updates/cleanliness improvement

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful (can watch the sun and full moon rise over the water!) and the porch is fantastic. However, there are some needed updates. When we tried to do a load of laundry, our clothes came out covered in sand every time (and we didn't put the sand in there) and there were even rust stains from the rusted washer drum so the washing machine really needs replacing. Also, the shower doors had disgusting black mold all around the bottom seams and behind the handles. So the shower doors also need replacing. Everything else was great and if those two things were updated we would stay there again.

Needs attention

This property should not be on the rental market until it gets some much needed attention. Blinds are falling off the windows, broken chairs, dirty upholstery, worn out cushions and all very outdated. The rental company service was not good either. Gave us a wrong door code and no code for one door. Told us we had to come to the office to get parking passes but didn’t need them this time of year. The views and location are great but would not rent again.

They had put 4 metal chairs on patio that had become rusted. We will not stay in this unit again. Management could have responded more promptly and showed more concern. I would recommend the Condominium complex; not the Michael unit.

Our June vacation to Duneridge

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous. Duneridge has wonderful amenities. The pool, and the beach access were great. It would have been nice to have a key to the restrooms at the pool. Other renters did, but we did not. Our unit was a great size. The beds were comfortable, the newer carpeting was nice, but the other furnishings were old. The couch needs to be replaced as the cushions have no remaining "cush"! The cushions on the outdoor furniture need replacing too. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the guest bathroom shower - a big mold problem, but Bryant Realty sent a crew in to clean it and apologized that it wasn't clean on our arrival. The shower door in the master bath only opened on one side, or fell off the runners. The vertical shades throughout need repair, as some are missing slats. We just left most of them in the open position the entire time so as not to have slats fall off. Lastly, the air intake needs a good cleaning; probably a filter change, too. The cursory cleanliness throughout was good, but a deep cleaning is probably warranted. Michael could be fantastic with a few upgrades! We enjoyed our stay on North Wrightsville Beach.

Condo living is not for us

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented at Wrightsville Beach many years and have always stayed in a house, usually at the south end. This year we booked late and decided to try a condo at the north end. We were a little disappointed. The condo itself is on the 3rd floor, and getting to the beach requires a trip down to the 1st floor (don't take the elevator - it's slow and shaky), down the hallway to the pool and through the pool area to the walkway across the dunes. The only way to get back into the pool area was with a key card - we only had one card and with six people spending different amounts of time at the beach it was a bit of a pain, although often you could catch some other residents holding the gate open for you.The condo is furnished in a very unbeachlike manner - heavy furniture with dark upholstery (and plastic over the upholstery on the dining room chairs and bar stools). The furniture, including beds, is fairly comfortable, but the atmosphere is very dark. The balcony furniture is not good at all - uncomfortable and only 3 chairs and 1 lounger - not enough for all 6 of us to sit comfortably. Which was a shame, because the ocean view is gorgeous. There were several minor things wrong in the condo that we didn't worry about (a broken chair leg, a wobbly shower door) until the handle came off the sliding door to the balcony. Bryant responded very quickly and came to fix it as soon as we called.Overall, we had a great vacation because the weather and company were great, and we love Wrightsville Beach, so we'll be back, but we won't rent this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived the shower knob in the master bathroom was sitting on the sink. We immediately called and reported the issue. A technician arrived a few hours later and replaced the shower knob. Also we were aware we needed paper towels and other paper products. However we were surprised the bathrooms only had a half of a roll in each. With 8 women, we easily ran out the first day. We just assumed housekeeping would ensure there was a new roll in each bathroom. (The kitchen had paper towels and cleaning products which was great)The bathrooms should be deep cleaned. There is a lot of mold in both bathrooms especially in the tub/shower and on the shower doors. The sink in master bathroom has a lot of dirt and grime in and around it. The carpet is in dire need of a cleaning. There are stains and spots all over. The balcony furniture is extremely outdated and falling apart. The pictures of the balcony furniture is not a true depiction of what is in the unit. There are two chairs at the table and one lounger. The cushions are very old and dirty. I remember reading a review last year and someone mentioned the same thing about the balcony furniture. Overall the condo is very nice, the appliances worked, the linens were clean and the tv worked. I feel with a good deep clean and updated balcony furniture this unit would definitely be a 5 star. Since the main issues are cosmetic this can easily be corrected.

Vacationer Beware - Will Not Rent Again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hard to be succinct with all the things I need to comment on, but the condensed version is: "vacationer beware". We stayed in the Michael unit in August 2021 and during on ongoing pandemic, we'd expect the unit to have been cleaner. Our bathroom had sand and dirt in the shower upon arrival, there were toothpaste and water spots on/in the bathroom sink and countertop and mirror in the master bath. The bath mats appeared to be years old. The linens for the bed (though delivered in plastic wrap by an external vendor) were worn and stained, but smelled heavily of bleach. The water supply to this unit STINKS of rotten eggs. We had to wash our clothes when we got home about 3 cycles to get the smell out. The washer/dryer in the unit didn't help with that issue. The kitchen was poorly stocked and lacking in basic quality utensils and wares needed to cook. We literally had to go to Harris Teeter and buy a new skillet, for example. The utensils are useless and in poor shape. The steak knives were bent on the tips. The plastic whisk wouldn't even beat an egg - very frustrating. Upon arrival, the instructions are lacking in exactly how to access your unit; same for pool and beach access. We had to ask other residents. I will say that while every measure is taken to ensure security (in terms of access codes, etc.) it is overkill. You need a different code for every foyer/entry, beach access, gate, etc. It was not clear where the dumpster was initially, or how to dispose of trash/recycling. Last but certainly not least, PLEASE update this unit! The aesthetic is really a mood killer at the beach with the dark, heavy and oversized furniture circa 1992. When it rains all week and you have to stare at it, it's just depressing. And plastic on the dining room chairs? Come on. You can see from the pics online that it is outdated, but you assume clean, at least. This time, old actually meant old and dirty. Very disappointing to pay $3600 a week for this place.

Beautiful beachfront location, nice complex, nice pool. Unit and furnishings as depicted in photos except deck furniture (missing chairs). We brought our own folding chairs so it was not a problem.
