Cette 2ème étage, 1 chambre, 1 unité de bain dans A Summer Place est parfait pour une personne ou un couple avec de jeunes enfants. Idéalement situé, il est inférieur à un bloc de Pier de Johnnie Mercer et accès à la plage avec des salles de repos et surveillée. Profitez d'une vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon couvert accessible depuis le salon et la chambre. Séjour / coin cuisine, chambre à coucher, et superposé définies dans le coin de l'entrée.

*** Le 17 avril 2018, les travaux de construction débuteront du lundi au samedi sur un terrain vacant situé à proximité et devraient se croiser jusqu'en 2019 Cela pourrait avoir une incidence sur la circulation et les niveaux de bruit dans les environs. ***

Great stay, close to the beach, easy access! We didn’t bring our kid but could have with the bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again. Only bizarre thing was the closet had no hangers in it, note to the owner.

Very clean and well kept, quick easy check in and check out process. Short, easy walk to the beach, awesome view from balcony. We enjoyed every second! I highly recommend this place.

We stayed the weekend for the Pier to Pier swim. The location can't be beaten. Be ready for some late night activity though. Overall - great, clean place.

Clean and Modern Condo Near Beach

The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance.

Short skip to the beach

The location is fantastic. Spend the day at the beach and if there's anything you need or forgot, it's a quick walk to the condo. The second floor walkway is a zigzag around other units and bit annoying at first, but you get used to it and it starts to be a source of jokes. It's not a big deal. Perfect beachy homebase away from home.

The unit was clean and kitchen stocked appropriately. The only negative the couch is worn it was uncomfortable and so was the pull out bed. All in all we liked the place and would stay here again.

I booked this place for our wedding photographer who was from up North. His family loved the location and only had good things to say about the property. The only hiccup was the town did some utility line work on Thursday while they were down there, so the water was off for a few hours. Nothing that the Property could do about it just an unfortunate circumstance.

Would have given 5 but property has no elevator. Even 1st floor has to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a unit that is anything but A1,B1,C1 expect to climb floors and unsheltered parking.

The key was left in an easy to access lock box at the real estate office.The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Parking for one vehicle was available. It was an easy, one block to the Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the beach as advertised. Great location in the town. Overall, we were really happy with this rental and would rent here again if we went back to Wrightsville Beach.
