Niché dans les dunes au nord, la pointe isolée de l'île, Wrightsville Dunes propose une large plage de sable fin, blanc consultée par des allées privées. Vous aurez l'impression d'avoir toute la plage pour vous! Profitez d'une promenade le long de la rive à la fin de Shell Island où figure exclusive Eight Island est à un jet de pierre de là à travers Mason s Inlet. Détendez-vous dans une chaise confortable dans l'une des piscines de la communauté Idéalement situé à côté du bâtiment F, ou jouer un match ou deux sur le court de tennis de la communauté.

** À compter du 2 janvier 2019, le linge de maison sera compris dans toutes les locations de vacances de 5 à 21 nuits pour cet établissement. Sur 4 nuits ou moins, vous aurez toujours la possibilité de louer des draps ou apporter votre propre les commandes de linge et les services de fabrication de lit peuvent être ajoutés à votre réservation au prix du contrat de location. **

Quick trip to beach

Spur of the moment decision to take a few days off and head to the beach with my grandson and his friend. The condo was perfect in every way. Easy access to beach and pool and tennis courts. Beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was seamless and allowed us to maximize our 3 days. Will def book again!

Relaxing Getaway

Everything was very clean. Having little ones as well as grandmother and parents, there was plenty of room to spread out. The 1 and 2 year old enjoyed easy access to beach, pool on the property and playing on enclosed patio. We will be back!

Relaxing escape

My friend and I, both busy medical professionals, were looking for a place to celebrate her birthday and get a much needed escape from the stress of work. I happen to come upon this listing. It was spacious, quiet and oceanfront. It was enough to Carolina Beach in order to find excitement and Brits Doughnuts (a must) as well as dining locally and in Wilmington but far enough to avoid the crowds, traffic and noise. The place is beautifully decorated and stocked. Communication with management was easy. Only wish check in (4pm) was a little earlier and check out (10am) was later. I’ll definitely return.

Condo is a little dated, but that was reflected in price, so not a big surprise for us. My only suggestion is to replace the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Very livable. Needs spaghetti strainer. Both bathroom toilet paper holders loose or on floor. Master paper holder had been removed. (Set screw back out ) ( Bad placement of holders. )

Nice area

View was perfect, property is nice and quiet. The condo had rugs on the floors that were peeling upward on the corners , unsafe for walking if you don’t pay close attention. Dated furniture and decor. Bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable as it’s an older mattress set. Dining room set has rolling chairs on top of a rug peeling upward as well, difficult to sit in without rolling across the rug up to the table .

Great location and beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Most important to us was being on the beach so we loved the view and being steps from the ocean! The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, but we were only there 2 nights so it was fine. The bathrooms were clean and nicely upgraded. We don’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. My biggest complaint would be that the area rugs and runners throughout the condo all had curled edges on them which was a big tripping hazard, especially for my elderly mother. I would recommend they be replaced asap. Overall, it was a nice weekend stay. Condo complex was very nice, quiet, and the pool was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit because it was close to our friends in another unit and we wanted to spend the weekend together. The view from the balcony was fantastic but the unit itself is much in need of updating. It feels very much like a rental place. The carpet is stained and old. The toilet in the second bathroom was held together with a rusty paperclip. We liked the ability to walk out the door and be on the beach so overall we had a good time. Not sure this was worth the cost, however.

Yes, it was off season, but the locals said it was like that even during busier times. Overall, this is a great oceanfront condo. It’s spacious and is in a quiet community. The furniture and kitchen are dated for the cost of the unit, though. The water was the worst part. It has a strong sulfur smell. The owner needs to invest in a water treatment system.

Reviewer Comments: The cond was dirty, the blinds and thermostat did not work, the furniture was dirty, the bedding and towels were minimal and coverlet was dirty. The refrigerator had rust over the entire front panel. I can’t beliebpve Bryant realty had been in this property to oversee its quality. We would like some financial compensation for this stay which was highly unsatisfactory.

Reviewer Comments: WE had a great time with our family- the location was fantastic. The beach with clear water and white sands- gorgeous! The unit was in need of updating- multiple lamps without bulbs, the back door difficult to open and close. There was black mold around the vents in ceiling. The living room TV was small- should have TV in each bedroom. The refrigerator was disgusting with rust all over the outside. We had issue with internet and Bryant answered quickly and were going to send help but we fixed it .... bottom line Bryant great to work with, location amazing... the unit is old and desperately in need of updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By the third day we were dealing with a gross plumbing/sewerage malefunction. This went on for an entire day,dealing with the plumber,repairs and then the toilet repeated its bad performance,so another day was wasted. I did all the cleaning and monitoring of the plumbing functions. The next day we were told not to use any water,toilets, kitchen and bathrooms. This went on for eight hours. My husband is suffering from a brain tumor that has left him seriously handicapped. The odor,the turmoil and the loss of bathroom availability was very upsetting to him in his limited capacity. Needless to say this was a huge negative.

Wrightsville Dunes Lange condo

The condo furnishings were fine but there are several maintenance issues that badly need to be addressed. The grout in master bath shower/ tub is black and moldy looking -The kitchen stove is very old and a burner would not turn off creating a fire hazard -there was no fire extinguisher or land line -my cell was discharged so I had to get it charged up to call maintenance -maintenance Man talked me through turning off breaker -kitchen needs new stove -refrigerator is rusty -I brought these problems to Bryant’s attention on checkout and was told someone would call me. I have not heard from them-
